Campaign Details
Charlotte Credit is a store credit added directly to your Charlotte Luxury customer account. It works as real balance that can be used on future purchases, customisations or made-to-measure creations
Once your order is placed, your Charlotte Credit will be added to your customer account. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with all the details
Yes. A customer account is required in order to receive and use Charlotte Credit. If you don’t have one yet, you can easily create it using the same email address used for your order
Your credit will be available once it has been added to your account and can be used on your next purchase. The credit is valid until April 30th.
Charlotte Credit can be used for:
- New products
- Customisations and special adjustments
- Made-to-measure services
- Any future creation available in our store
You are free to decide how and when to use it, within the validity period.
No. Charlotte Credit is intended for future purchases and cannot be applied to the order that generated it.
Yes, as long as you are logged into your customer account, your available Charlotte Credit will appear at checkout and can be applied to your order.
Charlotte Credit is personal, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
If an order that qualified for Charlotte Credit is cancelled or refunded, the associated credit will be removed from the customer account.
Charlotte Credit cannot be combined with other promotional actions, unless otherwise stated.
The campaign runs from February 1st to February 15th.
Charlotte Credit obtained during this period will remain valid until April 30th.

Yes. This campaign applies to any Charlotte Luxury creation whose main colour is red or pink, even if that model is not currently displayed in those tones on the website.
You may choose an existing design or create a fully customised piece from scratch.
As long as red or pink is the primary colour of the model, your order will qualify for the Charlotte Credit. The material does not matter — patent leather, suede, python, smooth leather or other finishes are all included.
Please note that the campaign applies to the main body colour of the design, not to secondary elements such as the sole.
If your creation is primarily red or pink, it is part of the campaign.
